Spatio-temporal variations of ecosystem service values in response to land use/cover change in Luoyang city

Land-use/cover change (LUCC) caused by human activities is an important factor in changes global ecosystems; however, the impact of LUCC on ecosystem service value (ESV) has never been previously assessed Luoyang City, China. This paper explores spatial and temporal evolution patterns land use pattern change, ESV response to City from 2010 2019 through GIS remote sensing techniques, employing transfer matrix, autocorrelation analysis elastic coefficient change. During study period: 1) Between 2019, land-use showed a trend “two increases four decreases,” specifically, built-up forest areas increased, while extent cropland, grassland, water, unused decreased. 2) The recorded conversion complex, with cropland uses increasing decreasing fastest, respectively, proportion 10.19% 3.37% — reason for this transition grassland occupation land. 3) was U-shaped, total 1.96% ¥44.78 billion ¥45.66 billion; additionally, provided increased 23.83%. 4) From Luoyang’s hydrological regulation, climate regulation soil water conservation contributed most ESV, accounting 63.89% 2019. 5) overall ESVs townships have obvious clustering are not completely randomly spatially distributed.
